My goal is to make every customer a Raving Fan of my products. I will do everything possible to ensure that the products I sell are of the highest quality and have no defects. Due to the nature of the products that I provide as well as our extremely high hygiene standards, we have to be very careful with products that are returned/exchanged. We adhere to very strict hygienic standards and for that reason no product that has been opened or un-bundled may be exchanged or returned for the sheer chance that it was brushed/combed, washed, cut or used. Virgin hair of any type sold is all natural and the colour cannot always be guaranteed. But i will make every effort to match the colours if more than one bundle of hair is order. Refunds or exchanges may not be issued simply for dissatisfaction with the texture of color of hair, because shipping another package of the same order may produce the very same dissatisfaction. We will accept all returns for an exchange within 7 days from the receipt of your order, if the above conditions are met.
